SERVICES
Virtually Organized will serve clients from various businesses to individuals to not-for-profit organizations. Some of the services will be tasks that the client does not have time or adequate staff for. Other tasks may be things that the client just does not have the desire to do. Either way, Virtually Organized will offer a remote service to seamlessly assist clients with these tasks. These services are provided virtually throughout the US and onsite (if needed) in the metro Atlanta area.

NEW BUSINESS SET-UP
For the new entrepreneur, we provide general administrative set-up during the infancy stage:
HR documents (new hire applications, handbook, evaluation forms, counseling statements, etc)
If you are in the metro ATL area, we provide onsite organization for your workspace.
MANAGE EMAIL
To keep you from wasting time in your email inbox, we will filter your most important emails and respond to the rest on your behalf.
If needed, we will also maintain your calendar and set up meetings.
Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters? We do that too!
SOCIAL TASKS
In a nutshell, these are those tasks that may become "all consuming" for the small business owner or business executive: writing holiday cards, sending thank you notes, making reservations, etc.
